About the Author

C.G. Twiles is the pseudonym for a longtime writer and reporter who has covered everything from billionaires to celebrities and has written for some of the largest publications in the world. She enjoys traveling (well, before the pandemic anyway!), antiques, old houses, classic movies and books, cemeteries, and animals. She’s the author of three suspense novels, all taking place in her hometown of Brooklyn, New York. The Last Star Standing follows her Gothic romantic thriller, The Best Man on the Planet, and her domestic suspense novel The Neighbors in Apartment 3D. She likes to think her suspense novels differ from the genre by incorporating some humor and having heroines who (hopefully) avoid being completely daft.
